NO FEES
We understand that many property management out there do charge fees. However, this is simply not our business model.
Guaranteed Rent Scheme
Our commercial lease agreement with landlords include a guaranteed rent clause. Regardless of the occupancy in the property, they will get paid.
Not only the rent is guaranteed but we also look for long term agreements ranging from 2-5 years.
Property Maintenance
We understand that any property needs to be kept in good condition. It is important for both our corporate clients and the landlords we work with.
We choose to employ professional cleaners and gardeners to service the property on a regular basis, take care of any maintenance needed at our costs.
Refurbishment and small repairs
Don't worry about the state of your property! We may also offer to make light refurbishments (at our own costs) at the beginning of our partnership, as long as you gives us the permission to do so.
We also take care of small repairs during our lease.
